Pre-Treatment Advice • Avoid alcohol for 24 hours prior to treatment. • Avoid aspirin, ibuprofen, omega-3, vitamin E, and other blood-thinning supplements for 3–5 days (if medically safe). • Attend without makeup where possible. • Inform your practitioner of any neurological conditions, medications, pregnancy, or breastfeeding. Aftercare • Avoid touching, rubbing, or massaging the treated area for 24 hours. • Avoid strenuous exercise, heat treatments (sauna/steam), and alcohol for 24 hours. • Avoid facials or facial treatments for 2 weeks. • Results develop gradually over 3–14 days. Treatment Intervals • Results typically last 8–12 weeks. • Maintenance recommended every 3–4 months Treatment may not be suitable if you: • Are pregnant or breastfeeding • Have active infection or skin disease in the treatment area • Have severe allergies or history of anaphylaxis • Have uncontrolled medical conditions A full consultation will always be carried out prior to treatment
