Chemical skin peel

Service Description

Using a chemical solution to exfoliate and remove damaged outer layers of skin, revealing smoother, brighter skin underneath. This process can improve the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, acne, uneven skin tone, and sun damage. Pre-Treatment Advice • Stop retinol, AHAs/BHAs, and exfoliating products 5–7 days prior. • Avoid sun exposure and tanning for 2 weeks. • Inform your practitioner of isotretinoin use in the past 6–12 months. • Arrive with clean skin. Aftercare • Redness, tightness, and mild peeling may occur for 2–5 days. • Use gentle cleanser and moisturiser only. • Wear SPF 30–50 daily. • Do not pick or peel flaking skin. • Avoid active skincare for 5–7 days. Treatment Intervals • Course of 3–6 treatments. • Spaced 2–4 weeks apart. • Maintenance every 3–6 months. Treatment may not be suitable if you: • Are pregnant or breastfeeding • Have active infection or skin disease in the treatment area • Have severe allergies or history of anaphylaxis • Have uncontrolled medical conditions A full consultation will always be carried out prior to treatment
